James L. Cross is a third generation builder. His grandfather and father taught him from the very beginning to “do it right or not at all”. That concept, together with his formal education in Environmental Engineering and Business Administration, has fostered his belief that the things we do in life matter for years to come. To make his mark in life, Jim was willing to put his name on it. Hence, James Cross, Inc. was established in 1995. With 30 years of experience building projects in several geographical locations, he has become diverse in markets and is quite flexible and resilient to the specific requirements of each and every project.

More importantly, our history is defined by the success and length of our client relationships. We attribute our growth from having our clients ask more of us and our repeat business is excellent. The completion of an intelligent, expressive building is rewarding but what we value more than the finished product is the respect of our clients. We work hard to earn it, and the result is trust, confidence, and ultimately friendship. Those friendships are the story of our company.
